Job Description: The video editor will collaborate with a Content specialist, graphic designers, marketers, technical experts, and external partners to produce high-quality and engaging video content.

Roles and Responsibilities

Produce and/or edit multiple types of video content including Video Blogs, people and product spotlights, social media content, product demos, and promotional content
Record and capture video content
Manage projects from beginning to end through pre-production, shoots, stock footage sourcing, post-production, and distribution
Work with web and social media teams to prepare and upload videos to a corporate video host, YouTube, and social media platforms
Positive, enthusiastic team player with the ability to give and take constructive criticism is a must

Create and design print and digital materials
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
Retouch and manipulate images
Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager to develop design concepts

Requirements

Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro
Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred
Creative and artistic skills
Photography & Cinematography Skills are Mandatory
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Work both on and off-site
Voice-over would be a plus

Job Title – Hr Executive

Location – Dehradun

Timing – 9am -5pm(45 min lunch break)

Roles and Responsibilities –

Develop and implement HR initiatives, policies and systems
Work on automating all HR processes on any other software
Design and maintain complex organization charts for role clarity and succession planning
Work on JDs, compensation planning, and Job postings
Handling End to the End recruitment process.
Screening, Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for open positions.
Conducting initial telephonic screening in order to assess the candidates on various parameters
